Fidelity Investments turned to us to develop the campaign
for their Customer First Reward and Recognition Program, promoting service excellence across the firm. We created
an integrated program of audience-specific materials,
including a Manager's Guide and accompanying Employee
piece. Both pieces leverage the corporate graphic
standards, while conveying a confident and vibrant feeling
that set a positive tone for the campaign.
