management and licensing consultants have helped develop, launch and build successful exclusive brands for well-known national retailers and manufacturers
in a wide range of product categories—from health and beauty products to toys, apparel and electronics. When CMG needed a new brand for their own business,
they called Cleveland Design.

CMG needed a website that would form the foundation for their marketing efforts to retailers and manufacturers. It had to convey a strong brand identity. And it had to explain CMG’s unique selling proposition clearly and concisely. We developed an impactful, yet professional, look around the theme “Building Brands with Star Power,” leveraging the “Constellation” tie-in. Revolving flash images of retailer-exclusive brands in their portfolio and on the home page communicate CMG’s strong credentials and build credibility right from the start. The color palette, font choices and clean design and navigation reflect CMG’s position as a highly professional, accomplished, brand-aware firm.

Collateral

To help close accounts, CMG also needed strong, branded collateral. Leveraging the brand look and messaging developed for the website, we created a versatile print collateral package to provide additional depth and detail on CMG’s business model. A key element of the collateral was a colorful, graphic explanation of CMG’s unique Constellation Brand Analysis methodology for identifying winning brand attributes. Printing on a rich, uncoated stock gave the CMG collateral a high-end look and feel consistent with their image.
